Writing Effective Email Messages
October 28, 2005 11:51 pmIn order to sell anything online, whether it’s a
product or service, you need to be able to write
convincing email messages to your prospects.
Otherwise, your business will end before it even
begins!
To write effective email messages, you really
need to deliver the message that your prospects
really need your product or service.
To do this, you need to identify the problem or
need they have that your product/service will
solve or satisfy and deliver this message to
them, convincing them that your product/service
is the solution.
First, you need to have them open your email
message, so you need a really convincing subject
line. A good resource to help you do this is the
following,
Scott Britner’s Headline Creator Pro Software
Here is a nice suprise: You obtain that software for
free as a Bonus too through the Vault when you’ll get
your membership at TurboMembership.
Once your prospect opens up your email, you need
to have them read the message, or at the very
least, skim through it enough to get the main point.
To do this, the email needs to be easy to read.
In other words, don’t write long paragraphs that
are hard and boring to read. This will certainly
NOT get your prospects interested in your
products/services.
You need to keep your paragraphs short and to the
point; 2-4 sentences maximum is usually a good
rule to follow.
You want to get your prospect’s attention, but
CAPITALIZING ALL WORDS or putting exclamation
marks (!) behind every sentence will NOT get
your prospect’s attention - most likely, these
actions will annoy him/her and make you look
like a novice internet marketer. This will
certainly result in you losing the sale and
possibly even losing the prospect as a subscriber
to your list.
The best way to get your prospect’s attention
is to focus on the benefits your prospect will
receive when he/she purchases your product/service.
Also, keep in mind that your email does not
have to be extremely long or explain every
benefit your prospect will receive from your
product/service, especially if you have a
sales letter page for your product/service.
You should keep the email to a minimum, just
enticing them enough to click on the link in
the email to head to your sales page. Your
sales page should do the rest and get the order!
Remember to follow-up with your prospects
consistently so that you can remind them of
your offer and get the sale, as it usually
takes 7 or more presentations of the same
offer in order for receptive prospects to order.
However, do NOT excessively email them your
offer (like 7 times in 7 days) as this will
most likely cause the prospect to NOT order
and to even unsubscribe from your list.

Resale Rights Marketing - How To Increase Your Profits (Or Create Them)
October 16, 2005 10:06 pmOne of the top concerns of internet marketers is how to create new products and market them effectively. It is often difficult to conceptualize a new product and transform the concept into a profitable venture.
This is where resale rights marketing enters the picture. In general, internet marketers sell the rights to their products because they feel they have already earned all the profits they possibly can from the product, or because they feel they will earn more by selling the master rights to the product.
Resale marketing is an excellent way of making profits from the ideas and concepts created by others.
From the perspective of the creator, a product that would earn $50 for each sale, and could possibly be sold to 100 people dependent of the successful marketing of the product, could be quite bit more profitable if the creator sold the resale rights for $25 to fifty people.
Instead of hoping that 100 people would buy the product at full price, by selling the resale rights to only 50 people, the creator would make the same amount of money and would have invested significantly less time in marketing the product.
Less time spent on the marketing of a particular product will mean the internet marker has significantly more time to create and market new products, thus increasing his or her overall profits.
From the perspective of the resale rights marketer, purchasing the rights to a product that is ready to sell and will require no development makes perfect sense. There will be no need to spend time conceptualizing and developing a new product.
The product is ready to be sold, and can be marketed and packaged in creative ways to make it stand out from competitors, who have also purchased resale rights to the product.
If you are planning to purchase the resale rights for a given product, there are some ways that you can maximize your profits and stand out from the competition.
If you purchase the master rights to a product, it means that you can rename, repackage, and resell the product as your own. You will have the right to make changes and improvements to the product and sell it as your own creation.
You can also sell the product for any price you desire, which is where the concept of buy low-sell high comes in. If you have purchased resale rights for $25, you can then sell the very same master rights for a higher price.
Or you could choose to sell the product for $10, but sell to 100 people. This would mean from your initial $25 investment, you earn $1000.
You may also choose to break the product into several different components, and sell each separately. There is also the option of using the product as a freebie in a viral marketing campaign, or bundling the product with another product you are marketing to increase the value. Auctioning is another excellent idea.
If you purchase the master resale rights to a product, you can auction the same rights to the highest bidder. Any way you choose, you stand to earn substantially more than your original $25 investment.
Selling or purchasing resale rights is an excellent moneymaking opportunity. If you create a product and sell the master rights, you stand to make large profits from your idea.
If you purchase the master rights to a product, if you market and package it creatively, you can earn a significant return on your initial investment.
You can find many products with resale and master resale rights at My Software Gold Mine.

How To Build Your Own Responsive List
October 15, 2005 11:41 pmYou have probably heard many internet marketers tell you
that the MONEY is in the LIST. Guess what? They’re right!
That may be the most important key to making money on the
Internet. Without your own list, your chances of making
money on the internet are much slimmer because people
buy from those who take the time to build a relationship
with them, not from those who contact them one time to try
to make a sale.
You also need to make the effort to give your subscribers
quality information consistently and continuously in order
to prove that you are really interested in them and their
desire for information and help, not just in their purchase
of your product/service.
It takes time to build your own responsive list, but
the rewards in the end make it more than worth it.
Here are the best ways to build your own responsive list:
- Begin writing a newsletter or ezine on your topic of
interest. Have people subscribe to your newsletter or
ezine by offering a valuable free gift.
Bob Bastian’s Instant Ezine Templates gives you 15
response-pulling professional email newsletter templates
to boost the professionalism and response rate of your
newsletter.
The Best Seller Ebook includes the Instant Ezine Templates
package and you can check it out here:
www.mysoftwaregoldmine.com/ebooks/bse
(Note: If you purchase Bob Bastian’s Ultimate Follow Up
Toolbox below, you can have the Instant Ezine Templates
package for free as a bonus!)
- Offer a valuable free gift from your website to have
people subscribe to your list.
- Participate in forums and discussion boards that deal
with your topic of interest. Give your knowledge freely
to the other participants. Include your signature file
with a link to your website and/or newsletter/ezine.
This will help bring visitors to your website, which
will increase your list. Also, you will be seen
as an expert in your field and your subscribers and
website visitors will be more receptive to your offers.
- Create an ebook with quality information about your
topic of interest and allow your subscribers and visitors
to freely pass it to others. Include links to your
website, newsletter/ezine, affiliate program, etc. in the
ebook.
People will start spreading your ebook across the Internet
and you will gain free quality traffic to your website
and more subscribers to your newsletter/ezine. This
concept is called viral marketing, one of the best (if
not the best) ways to gain quality traffic to your site
for free!
- Check in with your subscribers every so often and ask
them what they would like to see in your newsletter/ezine
and/or in the products/services you offer. They will
appreciate your asking them and will become more
responsive to your offers.
For more information on how to build your ow.n responsive
list, check out Bob Bastian’s Ultimate Follow Up Toolbox.
Remember that you get Bob Bastian’s Instant Ezine
Templates for free as a bonus to the Ultimate Follow Up
Toolbox.
Also remember that you can promote all the aforementioned
products and receive 95% commissions when you’ll get
your membership at TurboMembership.
To your success!

As an Internet Marketer, you probably already have enrolled in the AdSense program.
You may have wondered why some internet markets seem to be making high profits from AdSense and you are making little or nothing.
Making money using AdSense has become highly specialized. You cannot simply enroll in the program and expect to earn huge profits.
You must follow the correct procedure and put forth effort if you want to make money using AdSense.
AdSense is a program that will allow relevant advertisements to be placed on your web sites. If your sites are dedicated to horses, AdSense will place ads on your site that target your audience.
Training, events, and accessories pertaining to horses will be among the possible links that will be displayed on your site.
From allowing AdSense to place ads on your web site, you will earn a commission on each click that comes from your site to the advertiser. The commissions are very small and you will need numerous sites and high traffic if you expect to make any money.
If you have thousands of visitors each day to one or all of your web sites, your AdSense commissions will add up quickly.
The most difficult part in earning profits from AdSense is setting up your accounts. When you achieve a large, reliable number of clicks on your web sites each day, you will begin to see the money roll in. You could turn your AdSense dollars into early retirement if you take the proper steps in setting up your AdSense web sites.
When adding AdSense links to your web site, make them appear to be normal links rather than advertisements. Incorporate the ads rather than place them in a row at the bottom of the page.
You are paid each time someone clicks one of the AdSense links, so make them prominent and readily accessible. It will be to your advantage to make the color of your web pages white.
If you use colorful designs, the AdSense ads will be identifiable as ads and will most likely be ignored by your visitors. It will be to your advantage to blend the AdSense links in with your regular links.
You will increase the number of clicks you receive if you make the AdSense links part of your page. You may want to consider placing the ads in a vertical row, so that as your visitors scroll down the page, the ads are always visible.
Some internet marketers insist that making the background color on their web pages similar to the color of their links has increased their Adsense revenues immensely.
The point is to make the AdSense links “invisible” to the visitor, increasing the chances that he or she will click on a link.
There are ethical issues to consider in using this technique, so keep your integrity in mind if you use this method. AdSense gives internet marketers a great opportunity to increase their profits.
If you set up your pages correctly, and are willing to make the effort, you can make large profits from your AdSense sites.
For more informations on how to add AdSense on your WordPress blog, read the previous article “How Internet Marketers Can Use Blogs To Increase Profits”.

Happy learning! ![]()

October 13th thoughts
October 13, 2005 9:28 pmOn friday October 13th, 1307, in the early morning, King Philip IV of France had all the Templars arrested on the grounds of heresy, since this was the only charge that would allow the seizing of their money and assets.
That day thousands of Templars were arrested and subsequently tortured. They then ‘confessed’ and were executed.
From that day on, Friday the 13th was considered by followers of the Templars as an evil and unlucky day.
Although this is not friday, I wanted to remind you one of the supposed origin of this well-known superstition.

Autoresponders Are Key To Your Online Success
October 8, 2005 11:34 pmAn autoresponder is software that allows you to capture
contact information, such as names and email addresses,
so that the information can be put into a database so
that you can email your offers to your list again and
again.
This software is essential to your online business
because significant profits are made when you have
your own list. That’s why it’s important to have
autoresponder software.
There are two ways to have autoresponder software.
1. You can purchase autoresponder scripts that are
available online. Purchasing an autoresponder script
allows you to install the script on your own server, which
allows you to control every aspect of the software.
Having the script on your own server and controlling every
aspect of the software are two benefits of this choice.
Another benefit is that you don’t have to pay
a monthly fee to have autoresponder service.
You pay once for the script and that’s it!
However, there are negatives with this choice
as well.
If anything happens to your server, you won’t
have autoresponder service.
Besides that, you have to provide your own
backup lists (which you should do anyway, but
it’s essential with this option) in case
something happens to your server or the
software itself. Otherwise, you lose your
lists!
Finally, you have to know how to install scripts.
Michael Ambrosio’s How To Install Scripts ebook will
teach you how to do just that:
www.installyourownscripts.com
2. The second choice is to sign up with an
autoresponder service that will provide
autoresponders for you for a monthly fee.
Here is an option for you to consider:
TurboMembership.
The benefits of this choice are that the
software is located on their servers, so that
it something happens to your server, you won’t
lose your autoresponders.
The autoresponder companies usually back-up
your lists with one or two additional copies.
However, you should still back-up your list
as well - it’s a good habit to get into!
The negatives of this choice include not
having total control over the autoresponders
themselves (although most companies give you
options and provide you with what you absolutely
need to run a successful online business, so this
isn’t a major negative.)
Also, you have to pay a monthly fee for the
service. Several companies provide cheaper
prices if you commit to them over a longer
period of time (i.e. commit to them for a
year and the monthly price is less.)
Please NOTE: There are free autoresponder
services available, but the drawback here is
that the company gets to place an ad in each
autoresponder message you send out.
This takes away from the focus of your message
and your message isn’t as effective, so it’s
essential that you get your own paid
autoresponder service as soon as possible
(preferably when you start your online
business.)
Once you choose the autoresponder that you feel
best fits the needs of your business and budget,
you need to learn how to write good autoresponder
messages to fully utilize your autoresponder
service.
To your success!

A Newbie’s Guide To The Wonderful World Of Domain Names
October 5, 2005 6:31 amCompetition is tough on the net. It’s a dog eat dog world out there. Every webmaster is vying for the web surfer’s undivided attention. What’s a poor webmaster, who has toiled for hours and hours, pouring blood, sweat and tears in creating that all perfect website to do?
Why, get a unique domain name, of course.
Getting a domain name is a must for webmasters who want their sites to be taken seriously. Online businesses thrive on site traffic and a memorable domain name can make the difference between making it big and packing it up.
For webmasters who create personal websites, having a unique domain name is a form of self-expression. It is the finishing touch that could give a website an extra kick.
So how does one get a domain name you ask? Well, first of all a webmaster’s got to think of a name that fits the site. Preferably, something that describes the site clearly. A name that tells what the site is all about or what its contents are.
It should be easy to remember. Picking a really long name might not be the best thing to do. Ideally, the shorter the better. It should be something that is attention grabbing and memorable.
If possible, special characters like hyphens and underbars should be avoided. It could cause confusion to possible visitors. Sending a potential customer to a rival’s site is never a good idea.
After picking a name, the next step is checking if it is available. Domain registrars and numerous web hosts offer this service. There are other options if the extension .com is not available anymore. A couple of possible extensions are .org, .net.
It’s always smart to have a Plan B just in case Plan A doesn’t work out. If your first choice of name is not available anymore, alternate names come in handy. A slight alteration is sometimes enough.
Some domain registrars and web hosts provide alternate versions and could save you the trouble of coming up with a multitude of names.
If Plan A and Plan B is not for you, Plan C just might be the way to go. If you absolutely must have the domain name you’ve chosen and it’s already taken, it could perhaps be bought from the owner.
To know who the owner is go to InterNIC WhoIs search (http://www.internic.net/whois.html). Get ready to part with your hard-earned cash ,though. More often than not, the owner would not be willing to sell it cheap.
The last step is registering or buying the name. However, it is very important to check if the chosen name does not violate any trademarks before doing so. The purpose of using it should also be justifiable to avoid any headaches.
A lot of disputes have arisen between the so-called cyber squatters and various companies regarding domain names. Cyber squatters are people who buy domain names with the intention of selling it.
They frequently buy domain names of upcoming and existing businesses hoping that the companies would pay top dollar for it. Trademark laws save the day for a lot of these companies.
If the name has passed the trademark test, registration could now be accomplished. An accredited domain name registrar or a representative of one must be employed. A web host often offers a deal where one can buy a domain name together with your web hosting account.
There is no fixed price for registering a domain name. It varies tremendously. It goes for around 8 bucks to as high as 35 bucks. The wise thing to do is to diligently look around. That perfectly priced domain name might just be around the corner and with it, website greatness and beyond.
One of the most popular and cheap Registar is www.GoDaddy.com.

How To Build A Website And Put It Online
October 4, 2005 11:26 pmTo sell anything online, you must be able to put a website
online that will sell your product/service. That means
that it must have the ability to convince your prospects
and visitors that you have the product/service they are
looking for.
However, before you can write the copy and market your
site, you have to be able to construct the website and
put it online.
That is why the main point of this article is how you can
easily put a money-making website on your server.
You used to have to know HTML to build a webpage, but now
there are many free and paid web templates that will allow
you to place a webpage on your server without knowing HTML.
A package of 5 new and unique templates is offered each and
every month through TurboMembership.
Now… the HTML editors that are available are easy to
use, even for newbies.
Here is a free and great HTML editor: www.nvu.com
If you can use MS Word, you can use this HTML Editor!
Alternatively, you can look up “HTML Editor” in your
favorite search engine to find one that you like.
Practice working with your preferred program.
Here are some tips on what a good website should have:
- Dark text on a light background, as this enables your
reader to read your website most easily. Black text on
a white background is best.
- Make sure your website has easy navigation from one
page to another. Most sites will put links at the top
or on the left side of the webpage. Make sure all
links work properly.
- In your site’s meta tags, make sure your site’s
keywords are included, but not excessively, as this
may cause your site to be banned from the search
engines.
When you are finished building your webpage, use your
webhost’s FTP (File Transfer Protocol) Program (or any
other FTP program) to transfer the website file from
your computer to your host’s server. This will enable
you to place your website online so that other people
can view it.
However, before you show it to the rest of the world,
realize that not all web browsers will display your
site in the same way. That is why it is important to
make sure your site is displayed correctly in all web
browsers.
How do you do this you ask, since you don’t have every
web browser installed on your computer?
Simply go to this website: www.anybrowser.com.
and it will allow you to view your site in every web
browser; this way, you’ll know whether you need to make
changes to the HTML code or not.
You want your website to be displayed correctly in all
browsers or you will get far fewer people viewing your
site and ordering from you, so this is a very important
step. Don’t skip it!
Once you have finished placing your website on your
host’s server and you have verified that it is correctly
displayed in all web browsers, you can work on the
copywriting and marketing of your website.
Also remember that apart from the professional templates
offered each and every month through your membership at
TurboMembership you can also get some READY to go
completed websites you can instantly use… Here is an
example: www.softwares4profit.com.
There is no need to know HTML for using that template.
You just add your information and that’s it!
I told you: TurboMembership offers EVERYTHING :).

Success.
